Insurance

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna for parent consultation and child therapy. We are no longer accepting insurance for psychological evaluations. We are out-of-network with all other insurance providers, including Medicaid. If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company for out-of-network services, we can provide you with a statement detailing the services provided once your invoice is paid in full. Insurance coverage varies from one provider to another and we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Fees

Our self-pay rates vary based on service provided (therapy, testing, consultation, workshops, groups) and provider (psychologist, therapist, intern, educator). Limited budget? Call and ask about our reduced rate self-pay options or pro-bono consultations.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. For evaluations, 50% of the fee is due at the first session. The remainder of the fee is due at the feedback session.

Missed Appointments/Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your visit to complete paperwork and payment procedures. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please make sure to do this at least 24 hours in advance. A fee will be assessed for last minute cancellations and missed appointments.

Important Note

Texas public schools provide psychoeducational and psychological evaluations free of charge to students enrolled in public schools and also those attending private schools and home school programs. Contact us to schedule a consultation and find out how to request these services via your local school district.
