Becky Siekierski, Ph.D., LSSP, NCSP

Becky Siekierski, PhD, LSSP, NCSP

Dr. Becky is a Licensed Psychologist with extensive training and experience in the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents. She earned her doctorate from Texas A&M University and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist as well as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. She has over 21 years of experience working in public schools, community mental health clinics, hospital settings, and private practice.
Dr. Becky specializes in assessment and intervention for:
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* ADHD
* Early Childhood/Developmental Disorders
* Social Skills 
* Parenting 
She provides screenings, psychological evaluations, independent educational evaluations (IEEs), special education consultation, preschool/daycare staff development trainings, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Dr. Becky’s services are self-pay only and she is not in network with insurance for services.
Penny Sweeney, M.A.

Penny Sweeney, MA

Penny is a Special Educator offering many services to assist families. For the past 20 years, she has been fortunate to have worked in various capacities serving both the mental health and special education populations. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and served a local school district as an Autism Instructional Specialist, an In-Home Parent Trainer, Behavior Instructional Specialist, and Program Facilitator. She now works as an Alternative Academics Instructional Specialist. Penny earned a Masters of Arts degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate as a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Behavioral Health.
Penny works with children of all ages and abilities to provide:

Erika Willis, MA, LPC, LSSP

Erika Willis, MA, LPC-S, LSSP

Erika has worked in the public school setting for over 15 years providing behavioral consultation and social skills counseling to children with autism, ADHD, and emotional/behavioral difficulties. Her goal is to help children and adolescents who have difficulty expressing their feelings find appropriate ways to problem solve in life. Erika obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southwest Texas State University with a minor in Sociology in 2001. She immediately began working on her Master of Arts in School Psychology and completed it in 2004. She has been working full time as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) in the schools since 2003 and also became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2015. Erika has worked with students with a variety of behavioral challenges, learning difficulties, and social skills deficits and provided parent training in school and home settings to help children generalize critical self-care skills across different environments. Erika’s practice areas include:

Nicole Anderson, Ph.D., LSSP

Nicole Anderson, PhD, LSSP

Dr. Nicole Anderson is a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. She earned her doctorate in School Psychology from Texas A&M University and has 10 years of experience working with children and families in school districts and community settings. Dr. Nicole has extensive training and expertise in evaluation and treatment of children ranging from preschool through adolescence. She conducts screenings and evaluations for autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, social/emotional/behavioral disorders, and giftedness and she also provides parenting support and individual therapy. Dr. Nicole’s services are self-pay only and she is not in network with insurance for services.
Heather McMillen, LPC-A

Heather Belzeski (McMillen), MA, LPC-A

Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Erika Willis, LPC-S. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas Tech University and her Master’s degree from Stephen F. Austin University. She has experience working with children and adolescents of all ages including children with autism and other developmental disorders. Heather is eager to work with children and parents on:

* Emotional/behavioral regulation
